We will be hosting a basketball camp for Phoenix students only in rising grades 5-8. This camp will be from
9:00am-12:00pm from June 17-20, at a cost of $50 per camper. The current coaching staff will be running skill
sessions, introducing students to basketball, etc. All campers will receive an award on a certificate upon
completion of the camp. Also, each camper will receive a free t-shirt for coming. Payments will be accepted
through PayPal. All the proceeds from the camp will go to replacing equipment for basketball.

All campers will have a current physical on hand with the athletic department. Attached is the physical form. This will be a great opportunity for students to improve their basketball skills. The camp is open for boys and girls to attend.
